Typical delivery times are between 3-7 business days for most items. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Please note tracking numbers can take 1-3 business days to be updated.

If your order is delayed and you have not received shipping confirmation or a tracking number, please contact us for more information. If you do have shipping confirmation or a tracking number, we ask for your patience as your order is shipped to you. It may be that your order is held at customs or there are delays within the fulfillment network. Unfortunately these issues are outside of our control.

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
